WINconnect provides our centralised hot water billing service for buildings that have an energy-efficient centralised plant. The bills are for the energy component used to heat the water.
Centralised hot water plants are designed into modern buildings for energy efficiency and space saving reasons. There is no cumbersome furnace or tank in your apartment.
Our metering technology records the volume of hot water used by each apartment so that we can recover the costs associated with heating the water from cold to hot.
In buildings where we supply hot water, it is possible we will also supply the gas for your gas hotplates.
